About us
This site is run by TxH ("we", "us").

These terms
These terms apply when you buy from this site. Please read them before you order.
They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Ordering
When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it.
Our contract with you starts when we email to say your order has been sent.
If we can't accept your order, for example because something has sold out, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling.
Placeholder. Whether prices include VAT will go here.
You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
If we find a price was wrong, we'll contact you before your order is sent, and you can choose to go ahead at the right price or cancel.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and costs are on our shipping and returns page.
Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See shipping and returns for how.
If something is wrong with your order
What we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it isn't, you have legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund. See shipping and returns for how to get in touch.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms or are careless, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable.
We don't exclude or limit our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaking your legal rights as a consumer.
We sell to consumers for personal use only, so we're not responsible for business losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on the site when you placed it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
Note for the reviewer: this draft is written as consumer terms of sale under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please check when the contract is formed (payment is taken at checkout), the VAT position, and the governing law for where the business is registered.
