Who we are
This notice explains how TxH ("we", "us") uses your personal data when you visit or buy from this site. We are responsible for that data.
Placeholder. The business's legal name, address and contact email will go here.
What we collect
When you order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card details.
If you sign up for the newsletter: your email address and when you signed up.
If you message us: your name, email address and what you wrote.
When you browse: your cart is saved in your browser, so it's still there when you come back. If you agree, we also collect information about how the site is used.
Why we use it
To take, deliver and look after your order, including returns, because we need it for our contract with you.
To send the newsletter, because you asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To reply to your messages, because it's in our legitimate interests to answer you.
To keep records for tax and accounts, because the law requires it.
To understand how the site is used, only if you agree to analytics cookies.

Data sent outside the UK
Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UK. When they do, we make sure the safeguards UK law requires are in place.
How long we keep it
Order records: for as long as tax law requires.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Messages: placeholder. How long messages are kept will go here.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit or stop using it, and ask to take it elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To use any of these rights, contact us.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and saved data
Your cart is saved in your browser so the cart works between visits.
We only use analytics or advertising cookies if you agree to them, and you can change your mind at any time.
Changes to this notice
We'll update this page if anything changes, and show the date it was last updated.
Note for the reviewer: this draft is written around UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the cookie rules in PECR. Please check the lawful bases, how long data is kept, the list of providers and any transfers outside the UK, and whether the business needs to pay the ICO data protection fee.
